Seizure question for anyone who has taken keppra.?

Keppra seems to be the only thing that helps.Surgery and medication cant stop it, but keppra can slow it down. I take 4500 mg a day and was wondering if anyone who has taken keppra knows if doctors can increase that any further.

I cant ask a doctor cause right now im haveing problems switching to another doctor.

This is the max. amount you take and even if you change the doctor the new doctor won't give you more that amount .
