Selecting between Pilani or IIT Engineering in India?

Hi,

My brother has got selected in Electronic Engineering Pillani and Chemical Engineering in IIT Gandhinagar(starting this year).

His dilemma is which one to select. Any suggestions??

Thats well obvious that he should select Electronic Engineering at BITS, Pilani. BITS, Pilani has got the same status as of the 5 Basic IITs. There should have been no confusion at all.
