Selection of players in IPL T-20?

The players selected to play in the IPL T-20 tournament for a side were selected by the franchisee owner and the CEO or was it done solely by the icon player who captains the side?

Well selection of players was done by the "Captains" of the teams in IPL Matches. The captains who are made captains are found not worth being a captain as they don't understand what a captain needs to be how a captain needs to show & have his "Positive Performances" so that he & his team wins the game without being insulted from the entire world while watching the game play. It was a Third Grade Captaincy ever seen from "Saurav Ganguly" the so called "Dada" of Kolkata. I was shocked to see his selection of players for the IPL Matches & i can't even understand that how did Shahrukh Khan rely on him? This proves that he (Shahrukh Khan) has no experience about the game & so he just relied on Ganguly's faith being so silly!

It is not purchasing a toffee from the store but it is purchasing store himself. I think not only icon player but also as mention CEO, Franchisee owner as well as other senior players and also coaches help them to select a team.
