If you get caught you go to Jail.  Also you cant apply for grants or loans from the gov for school.  You cant get a real job because they will find you when you file a W-2.  But really dude whats the big deal this nation hasnt had a draft since vietnam.  With the current political climate congress would never approve calling the draft.  So take the 5 minutes and register.  No big dude

You will not be allowed to able for financial aid.  You can be fined up to $250,000 and maybe a five year prison term.

i dont quite know, but for me, i had to sign up for it to get my A+ scholarship. it was part of many things i needed. i say just sign up, so far i havent got any calls, and hopefully never will. and im also hoping that taking teaching course will help me to not get a call from em heh.

and one of my friend went to Canada.. not sure if that was the reason.
