Self Addressed Envelope---From?

If I send a self addressed envelope to get a free contest entry should I make it from me too, from the contest place, or just leave the left corner blank?

  1. I always put my own return address on both the To and From portions of the envelope.


  2. Leave the upper left corner blank.

  3. Leave the left corner blank.

    The prize might not come from the actual contest place.
