Self Employee or LLC?

If you had a successful website making good money, would you make the website a LLC or stay self employee for tax purposes, lawsuits, etc.

Depending upon to what degree you want to be successful. In both cases, self-employed or LLC, there are risk and benefits. It all depends if it's just you offering the product to the consumer or if there are multiply people. Read up more on the difference before you decide on a course of action.
