Self Tan Gradual Moisturisers?

Right, so i've read loadssss of reviews for the gradual tan moisturisers but i don't know which one to chose...

I've tried the dove one, and frankly wasn't a fan at all- it smelt bad...

The johnsons one is equally bad.

I've heard olay's one is good, as it was voted best in Cosmo mag, anyone tried it?

Also, estee lauder have one called Estée Lauder Body Performance Golden- which is always reccommeded to brides to be etc, so I take it that must be good?

I'm not looking for a dramatic tan, just a healthy glow, that I can build up as I please....

Any help would be perfect!!! theres no sun in London, so no chance of me sunbathing this year.... x

  1. I've used the Estee Lauder one- It's amazing! :) I've also tried the dove and the Johnson's one, I didn't like them at all. Stick to Estee Lauder and you can't go wrong :)

  3. The Jergens brand is OK.  All of them are going to have that slight "stale saltine" smell.  That's the way self tanning chemicals smell!  I find most of them to be too yellowish.  Plus I get lazy.  But you've inspired me; I'm gonna get off here and go put some on right now!

  4. Hi the only one that works on my skin is the Johnsons one and I have tried pretty much all the rest of them and they didnt work at all, as you have tried the johnsons one and its not for you then I dont know what will be.

Its just a case of trying the ones that your havent yet tried.

  5. the absolute best is the palmers coco butter one its the best

  6. i dont rate them Self Tan Gradual Moisturisers id use something like fake bake or st tropez

  7. Natio Gradual Tan Lotion is what i use  and i love love looove it..

Blissfully scented with Australian tangerine and cinnamon essential oils,it is loaded with Vitamin E and will leave your skin feeling hydrated and silky smooth, while giving your skin a radiant and even looking glow. And it lasts for ages and doesnt come of patchy.

get it you wont regret it

    (i hope)

  8. Johnsons is awful! Hated it! I use dove myself, I think it smells great you're first few aplications can do streaky just keep applying and it comes out great!

I have tried the Olay one and liked it, I found it was too light though and took ages to get a tan. Basically a very very very small amout of tanning in it I found, but looks good once it's built up. Nivea Sunkissed is another one a friend of mine uses, I never used it but she looks great, a nice light glowing tan!
