If you already have a non-immigrant visa (for example B1/B2), and it expires in December 2008, you have until the day of expiration to show up at the US Port of Entry.  The length of stay will be determined by the CBP officer at the Port of Entry, but is generally for 6 months.  Therefore, it is unlikely that you need to renew your visas.  However, if you do need to renew them, simiply apply again at the nearest US foreign mission.
