okay so i love these legs(i found it online) nad i added more fat to show how mine iss...sri im not the best artist

i have fat ther and it just jiggles. i want to loose it! what should i do? excersises pleasee. and tell me how to do it

10 points to best answer. my legs are becoming filled with celulite and i hate it. i want it to look lke that. the inner thighs on that girl i bet dont even touch! helpppp

  1. I had the same problem ugh it was awful.

    All I did was run the c**p out of myself everynight and it worked.

    Of course I stopped drinking pop and snacking too.

    It still took a while but it was SO worth it.

    Cardio like running burns fat all over your body.

    there are far more people with bigger problems than a little tiny ounce of fat on your inner legs.

    and lift both legs, keeping them straight as a board

    do this

    10 times- 1st day -7th day

    25 - 8th day- 20th day

    30 - 20th-25th

    50 - 26th+

    do this until the fat is gone.

    with proper diet it will melt off in less than two moths

  6. Ah, that's not that much. Walk about 3 miles and back (6 miles in total) You'll start to notice a difference. Swimming helps and also a lot of stairs :). It tightens your theighs like no tomorrow. You'll REALLY feel the burn on the first shot. Also leg ups help too. It gets all the chunks under your butt and right before your knees.

  8. Hamstring stretches.

    Put your legs together and try to touch the floor. Do that twice.

    Then open your legs a little more and do that twice. Do that until your legs are far apart.

    It helps me lose some inner thigh fat.

  10. i have toned legs and it could be because i'm a dancer but i also do the bicycle exercise. at the gym, or riding your own. i hope i helped you and good luck =)

  13. Okay well hun this is like some one the harder places to work. But if you actually work everyday just like 15-30 minutes a day then it'll be gone in no time. Okay heres what you do. You can either run. Or do squats. Or do what people call sitting on the wall. You put your back to the wall and you sit down like your on a chair but their is nothing under you it hurts like crazy (which shows that its working) um...lunges are good. But if you REALLY want them to go away fast then do a mixture of them all. They are very effective ways.  

    and if you need anything else it might be good to go and look around online to see how some of the women get their s**y thighs. Cause of course as you've heard a million times before everyone's different

  14. you want to work both the inside and outside of your legs.  You can do this by laying on your side and lift the top leg (work outside) or cross the top leg over the bottom and lift the bottom leg (working the inside of that leg).  

    Do this 3 sets of 10-20 reps each.  When you can do this easily, buy some ankle weights and start working it with up to 10 extra pound each leg.

    You can also buy a resistance band and work on spreading your legs and slowly closing them but this will only work the outsides
