Self contained accommodation in Fortitude Valley Brisbane?

Hey guys, I'll be travelling to Brisbane in October and I'm looking for self-contained accommodation around the Fortitude valley area. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? I'm hoping its not to expensive either.
