I have awful self-control when it comes to eating. I'm 19 and pretty slim but that doesn't mean I should take part in bad eating habits. I just ate a banana, then buttery popcorn then leftover fried chicken then a spoonful of peanut butter all before dinner. I skipped lunch, so maybe that's why, but I overeat and/or eat late at night a lot.What's wrong with me?:(
