Question:

Self-control, eating-wise?

I have awful self-control when it comes to eating. I'm 19 and pretty slim but that doesn't mean I should take part in bad eating habits. I just ate a banana, then buttery popcorn then leftover fried chicken then a spoonful of peanut butter all before dinner. I skipped lunch, so maybe that's why, but I overeat and/or eat late at night a lot.

What's wrong with me?

  1. Nothing is wrong with you, you just don't have a stereotypical set diet. Meaning that you don't schedule yourself to eat breakfast lunch dinner. You sound like a snacker. Nothing wrong with being a snacker I'm for the most part a snacker too. If you're really that concerned about your eating habits try to set a time when you're going to eat your meals. This is what I do when I think I am over eating, I eat something and if I am not hungry after 15 minutes  I don't eat, simple as that.

  2. It's called the munchies.  Lay off the weed.

  3. You like food? I like food too, and I love to snack. I've solved this partly by snacking on rice cakes and vegetables. I sometimes eat a lot when I'm bored. You may be bored.
