Self inconfidence, please help?

hello, i am a senior in highschool, and am not very out of shape. im not fat, but i have what they call 'man b***s'. i dont get picked on a lot, but is not a big self esteem booster. i really want to meet girls, but i am to nervous that they will turn me down and look at my chest and laugh, what is the best way to get rid of them, should i do sit ups every night, or start running? and also, do women really judge guys buy how they look?

  1. If they dont fancy you, it dosent mean they will see you as less of a person, and we will still  talk to you, and will still see you as an equal, we are not that shallow.

    (but watch out for girls who like "gangster" guys, they are judgmental, on other girls as well as guys)

    Its a sad fact that (some) guys judge girls on how they look, but (most)  girls are less shallow than guys when it come to looks.

    in reality girls arent physically attracted to many guys, I went through uni without being physically attracted to any guys. And im not g*y!

I would not take that as a big problem, but I would definitely not sit and do nothing if I was not happy, because that would affect your confidence and ultimately, your relationship with girls, specially if you are interesting in dating. Possible solutions are many, you may want to try different things, among some of them, going to the gym and talking to people there, that is the best alternative next to hiring a personal trainer. Running, doing push ups, eating habits, etc. Good luck.

  3. Bench press would be the way , maximum weight with maximum repetitions should tighten up your pectoral region
