  1. It's NOT safe, don't do it. Talk to a tattoo artist and have them do one for you.

The only people who should tattoo themselves are professionals or artists in training.

  2. The only way this would be remotely sensible is if you were a professional tattoo artist.

    And you aren't.

At-home tattoos, particularly those done with unsafe instruments/materials, like sewing needles/safety pins and india ink/any other kind of ink, are basically breeding grounds for infection - plus, you're left with a really crappy looking "tattoo", which will serve as a reminder of a terrible decision.

I'm fairly sure you're underage, as that is the only way you would consider this a sensible idea. I'd suggest waiting until you're 18, when you'll hopefully be mature enough to realize that a home-made tattoo is a bad idea, and that you could get a professionally done one which would be far less likely to get infected.

  3. This is such a dumb question.

It's not safe...you just answered your own question!

  4. the same place you buy stupid pills!

  5. i began giving myself self tattoos at age 14. i believe i have 4 of them. i used a sewing needle (wrapped w/ string at the tip of the needle) and just regular black india ink that you can get at any craft store. you are right, its is not safe, and they do not look good. but thats how i did it. i am now heavily covered with professional tattoos (2 full sleeves, and currently working on leg pieces) and if i were you, if you can, just wait.

good luck with whatever you decide.

  6. i wouldnt they always look like c**p
