Self publishing book?

I am publishing a book on my own. I will also be doing the printing and binding myself too, as well as advertisement.

Is there anything else I need to do? Can I obtain an ISBN number? If so, how would I go about doing that??

It is a niche book, for crochet patterns. All my own designs. Thanks for any advice. I want to do this all myself without going to third parties for anything.

I suggest you go through Lulu.com.  Their prices are good and they will provide you with an ISBN.
