Seller immediately reposted item after I won it on ebay. I didn't pay yet.?

I didn't pay because I saw that he reposted the item again. Can he do this? Like HELLO! I would have paid for the item had I not noticed, the seller didn't even notify me that he would post it again. Seller wont answer my emails or calls.

that's probably ok. individuals can only sell the same item one at a time. they can't sell 2 or 3 or 20 of the same items at the same time. they can only repost the same item after they sell one. sounds ok. just pay up and you'll get it in the mail in no time...

Yes, they may have more then one of the same item, if you pay by paypal, you will be protected, so you should be okay/
