Purchased the motorbike 5 weeks ago. What can I do to hold him accountable?

  1. You Could Try Giving Your Local RTA Office A Call Mate But I Think The Answer You Will Get Is As The Other Person Said. You Bought It As Seen. However The RTA May Be Able To Tell You More About Your Rights Or What You Should Do?

    Good Luck Mate But Without A Recent Pink Slip (Not More Than A Month Old) It's Doubtful Anything Can Be Done?


  2. In most states it would be considered an "As Is" sale.

    You bought it 'as is', and therefore he is not liable.

  3. If the motorcycle was purchased as/is (meaning no warranty basically) then there is not much you can do. I am not sure about your state but in Texas autos purchased after they have been totaled have a salvage title.
