  1. Then he doesn't give you your money and gets a good rating.

    I don't think so!!!

  2. simply tell him you are willing to leave feedback once the transaction is handled. He has no right to ask you to leave feedback beforehand. Once he gets you to leave positive feedback before he refunds then he will tell you to go jump in a lake. Make him refund first then you leave your feedback and be fair about it.  If the product is defect and he won't work with you you can go to ebay and dispute your purchase. Go to the sitemap for the site and you will see where you can dispute a purchase. Give all details and the customer support team will email him and ask him to make it right.

  3. I would leave a NEGATIVE feedback that said.

"Item was junk, seller promised refund if I left positive feedback."

Then report seller to eBay authorities and continue to work towards getting your refund.

    This seller is a crook.

  4. Youre kidding right? Thats blackmail.

He's being very inappropriate. Turn him in.

Send the emails to ebay staff and save copies for back up.

  5. Report him to ebay and send the e-mails you received from him to back yourself up!

  6. Don't leave it until they refund.

They can't leave you any negative feedback, so you're immune, They are not, so threaten to leave them a bad feedback until they refund you first.

  7. report it to ebay, go to live help (top right corner on the home page) and tell them about it
