If you have ever wanted a house in FL, but prices are to high sellin a house in Pensacola, FL house for under 200,000, Built in the 1980 some facts about the house

* 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,201 square feet

* Built in 1980; rebuilt much better in 2006

* New berber carpet

* New tile in living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway and both baths

* New marble front entry

* New marble around fireplace

* New tile countertops

* New tile on the kitchen peninsula

* New deep kitchen sink and tall faucet set

* New ceiling fans

* New lighting fixtures

* Newly a/c mechanicals

* TWO coats of primer and THREE coats of paint on exterior (should last a long time)

* New sod and landscaping in front and back yards

* New paint throughout

Depending on location in Pensacola and how much under 200,000 you might be a little or A LOT over-priced.  Also, this is advertising as well which is a violation of the community guidelines - http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_...   Try craigslist.org or one of the many real estate companies in Pensacola area.
