Selling Chelsea share

I want to know that can I sell my shares of Stamford Bridge Stadium that I own. Is there any kind of requirements that I need to fulfill before selling my personal share

 As Chelsea Pitch Owners still has shares to sell you cannot sell your share. You can transfer your name into another person’s name.
