  1. It depends on the subject matter and quality.

  2. Craigslist...free advertising.

  3. There are many ways you can sell them. As mentioned you can try ebay or craigslist. A better option may be to do a seach for stock photography sites. Many of these work on a commision basis. They list your photos and you make money when they sell.

There was recently a good article in DPP magazine on partnering with online services

  4. Ebay

  5. it really depends on the quality of your work and how you shoot (i.e. randomly, or in series). online, i would start out with etsy.com or craigslist.  however, locally, you might want to start submitting work to art shows and try to sell at art markets and co-ops'.  if your work is high quality, and you usually shoot in collections (or a series) you should start sending your work to local galleries. from my experience, galleries usually want a cohesive body of work, often one that can be explained through a personal artist statement. also, its a good idea to get the opinions of local photographers because they know the best places to sell work in your area.  a great place to start meeting them is through http://photo.meetup.com/. if you want to get your name out there and be recognized, i would actually suggest start selling your work locally rather than online.
