  1. Sell your stuff on MarketWall:

    http://marketwall.com

    MarketWall is free.

  2. www.specialistauctions.co.uk

  3. Create interesting info on Squidoo Lenses. I've recently created three and will build that up to 300. If you read the promotional Lenses you will get a lot of info on how to get loads of visitors. Free way to build a multi page website/blog with potentially millions of viewers.

    See my Lenses for example:

    http://www.squidoo.com/office-water-cool...

    http://www.squidoo.com/acne_teenagers

    http://www.squidoo.com/advertising_marke...

    Good luck.

  4. If you want an auction style site, you pretty much confined to ebay

classified ads sites are good... try http://www.gumtree.com

(thats the URL for the london one, but they have lots of local gumtrees all over the country... you can get to them from that URL) and they have a lot of hits - especially the London one

  5. Best-Bid UK

    http://www.best-biduk.com/

its a worldwide auction site that people from all over the world are listing items so your items might go for more then.

  6. Depending on what item it is. Try Amazon that's a pretty good place. loads of people go on there.
