Selling cakes to cafes?????????????????

You don't need much! I would first contact local cafes to see if there is any interest. If there is, then I would find out how many cakes they would want in a given week or month. Then use that information to know how much supplies you need. I would also work up a payment contract on your percentage of sale and a waiver of liability. The rest SHOULD be a "piece of cake" for you if you know how to cook!

If you make more than $600 you need to claim it on your taxes (but you can write off travel time, cost of supplies, etc.)
