Selling car question?

im trying to sell my car my for $2,000 and this lady offer a $1000 rigth away and she will give two payments 0f $500 with in a month so i was trying to find out where can i go a get a legal paper that says the amount of how much im selling my car for, how much she already gave me, to get her personal info in case she dont pay the rest of the money

Make professional looking agreement. Then you would go to a bank with the lady, (make sure you and her have a drivers license ID) and get the document notarized. You can also go to a check cashing place for a notary. Good Luck!
