Selling ideas for school?

my brother has to sell items at school for business studies. any creative ideas? most students sell things like popcorn or cakes, but we were wanted a different idea that will make millions! haha

(primary school, my brother is year 7 and will be selling to younger children) one idea we have is making bath fizzies with baking soda...

Buy a bunch of plain pencils in the school color and stencil names on them and sell them............grab bags with things from the dollar tree stores............make up some cheap t-shirts with something to do with the activity on it..........dipping dots (flavored ice cream balls dipped in chiocolate)

He could sell his time, so he would have to do their jobs (chores) or homework....
