Hi, i have just done a car boot sale a few weeks ago, and made £80, the thing is im going to do another one this weekend and want to sell more stuff, just wondering what you would pay for.....a 14in Nokia colour tv, Pye hi-fi with double tape deck, cd and radio, and lastly Sony DVD player.

Im not too bothered if i dont get too much for it, just would like to know what i should charge for them...

I sold clothes for 50p, New and old, cd/dvds £1, books 20p, ornaments £1....

Cheers!!!

  1. Sell the TV for £10, Hi-Fi for £15-20, CD and radio for £3 and Sony DVD player for £15.

  2. £20.00 for the TV...or ask £30.00 and let people bargain...they ALWAYS offer less...

  3. i find that cinammon is the best ice cream flavor of them all

  4. Unless you have some sort of portable generator where people can test these electrical items you may find yourself pushed to sell them, those who go to car boot sales tend to avoid buying electrical goods. You would probably do better going into a cash converters in your area who´ll take these items. Happy selling

  5. Between £10 - £20 for the electrical goods.

  6. I agree with Aces high, I go to quite a few boot sales but never buy electricals - or shoes.

The prices for your other items seem about right to me.

  7. electronics dont get much if you cant demonstrate them working. Hifi with tape decks £2-5. Tv- £5-10, dvd player £10 tops.

  8. probaly for electrical goods £10-£25

             good luck !
