I heard that there are websites where you can sell items from other company's warehouses on eBay and the company's ship them out for you and all you have to do is pay a monthly fee to subscribe to their warehouses. Has anyone heard of these and know what the websites are.

  1. The concept is called dropshipping.  It's extremely difficult to make money doing it.

    1.  You have to mention in the auction that the item is not in your possession.  Many people do not want to bid if the don't think the item will arrive quickly.  (Most people who drop ship fudge and say item will ship within x days from the warehouse.)

    2.  You lose control over the transaction.  You list the item, sell it and bingo, the dropshipper is out of stock.  You can't deliver and get negative feedback.  Or the order goes through and the dropshipper sends the wrong item or the buyer wants to return it for any reason.  You lose money every time there is a mistake.

    3.  The dropshipper's suggested retail price is meaningless.  Your competition will take whatever they can get.  Meanwhile, you rack of fees with no sales to show for them.
