  1. They won't pay you anything near what your home is worth.


  2. Pros - if in a situation that you want a quick sale, then they can help. A cash deal can be close 7 to 10 days. Normally people who are unable to pay their mortgage and want to save their credit will use those service.

    Cons - you have to give them discount from the fair market value so they can buy, flip and make money.
