  1. you are in the right there are in the wrong just change you name and e mail address on ebay

  2. If you listed it as faulty it is the buyer who is in the wrong. If he didn't read the description it is his own fault. You could be nice and give him a refund, but you don't have to as you described the item correctly and showed images as well. However, if he paid by pay pal and opens a dispute you can never guarantee what they will do, but I'd keep the emails if I were you

  3. stuff him lol.

  4. This is a clear case of buyer beware. You've been honest about its faults and he went ahead and bought it anyway so it's his bad.

  5. He might just have thought: "He wait a minute if I claim a refund and do not return the faulty Tom Tom, I can have it repaired at no extra cost to me".

Block his email address and who cares about bad feedback.

  6. him...if you made it clear that it was faulty he shudnt hav a problem..but if u didnt make it clear that it was faulty then ur in the wrong

  7. AS long as you listed it honestly (it sounds as you did) , then the buyer knew what he was given , the reason he probably is complaining is he thought he could fix it and get a great price, noow that is not the case, he wants his money back. Personally, I would not have bought something like that the way it was described, so the buyer knew what he was getting into, you are in the right,,

  8. No - if you gave a clear warning that it was being sold as faulty, the buyer cannot complain. Caveat emptor applies.

  9. A lot of buyers are such - do not read description properly and then complain when they receive the item.

  10. bit of both

you did say it was faulty tho

but to be honest you should have took the time to see why it was faulty
