Selling our Double Wide in a Park. Anyone know of someone who would like to buy it? Need it sell Fast!!?

My husband and I are trying to sell our double wide mobile home in a park. It is in good condition with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, ample amount of space and flow. Security system in stalled with laundry hookups adjacent to the kitchen. We really need to sell as we want to move to a single family home as our family is getting larger. I have listed in on several sites and a sign in our window. We need to sell fast and soon. Anyone willing to purchase house? Willing to negotiate in price within reason.

You need to hire an agent that specializes in trailers, they are hard to finance and you are unlikely to find a buyer that can do it on their own.

I would search on Craigs list for similar homes in your area and go from there.  Post it to Craig's list and see what happens.
