Selling stuff on Ebay in Ireland?

I have a few things to sell on Ebay, and they are not in their origional packaging.

I will only ship to Ireland, and I'm wondering how Fed ex works... will they come and package it for me? Do i take it to them and they box it up?

Or do i need to re-package it myself and send it through the post office (they are quite big IE buggys and cribs etc...)

  1. Hiya. I sell on ebay all the time.

Anything that weighs over 2 kg there is no point in shipping it anywhere outside Ireland!

I would recommend the good old fashioned post office! Its cheap and cheerful.

Local collection is also a great option.

Head to Tesco, buy a packet of packing tape, and a packet of large strong black bags (dustbin liners) and bubble wrap. Use the liners as wrapping and tape everything up VERY well.  (Its waterproof and tidy). Print the address on a sheet of paper and tape it to the item.  Buyandsell.ie and dublinwaste.ie (only freebees here though) are other great options

  2. You will only ship to Ireland? let me help you. i.e buggy second hand OK £15.00 cribs 2x £10 (they are quite big)  (fed ex) to do the packing? O & shipping? say£50.00. Loss£15.00. What do you think? Your choice!
