I'm selling some furniture to a buyer found via craigslist. They are moving the furniture from my home, is there a legal form I can find online that releases me from liability if they should get hurt while moving the furniture? Is there any other legal document they should sign?

  1. Moving furniture from your home does not directly create a legal liability.  A liability will be created if there are unsafe conditions around your house, such as children's toys, a wet slippery floor, etc.  It is the buyers responsibility to move the furniture safely, not yours.  With that said, if one of them does happen to get injured in your home, your home owners insurance should cover you for any monetary liability.
