The defending Russian Premier League champions, Zenit St. Petersburg, have been drawn against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 FC in the UEFA Europa League round-of-32. The first leg of the two-legged European encounter will be played at Petrovsky stadium
followed by a return leg at Anfield.
And while the Russian championship is on a winter break courtesy to the harsh weather conditions, Zenit will have little time to prepare for the much anticipated European clash next month.
The St. Petersburg club midfielder, Sergei Semak, has warned his teammates against the English Premier League club in the cup competition, saying that the Reds are capable of defeating them should they give them enough width.

Speaking on Vagner Love’s return at CSKA Moscow, Semak revealed that the Brazilian striker will strengthen the Moscow-based club’s attack and might help them in claiming decent spot on the league table.
