  1. Seriously babe about £60,000 pounds.

  2. Sounds reasonable...in this day and age I would offer about £87,000 and if you are a first time buyer try and arrange a mortgage in principal beforehand and then you can say that you will proceed to exchange within 28 days, which if it has been on the market for over a year will be music to the owners ears.

  3. research the local area for sold price`s then go back to agents and drop the price by £10:000, then go from there see how it flows after a week

  4. Buy it quick because I've heard that the property market is going to pick up again very soon. All this talk of gloom and doom has been directly linked to media publicity and apparently the worst is far over. Property prices have already started rising again in some areas.

  5. Where is it?  There would be a world of difference between London area and Liverpool area...

  6. Where are you. Where i live an ex-council house in an alright area is about £90-100,000. For a 70s style house in an estate a similar house is worth a lot more. Only in the rather rough areas you would pay £60,000ish. How about going in with a first offer of £85 or 86,000? I'm in North Tyneside by the way x x

  7. £95,000 is well good for a house,we just moved to a house in london for £485,000 and its only 3 bedroom,so 2 bedroom for £95,000 is great.
