Semi truck drivers can pull in & shut off their trucks by inserting this enviro/entertain tub in their window?

There is a fairly new system available where truckers can pull in over night and shut off their trucks. They have to purchase a collar that fits their truck window, then they hook to a tub that hold air conditioning / heating/internet /phone/TV. The saving alone from not having to run the truck all night more than pays the cost of this service. I can't remember what it is called.

Its a great concept that  will save millions of gallons of fuel and reduce pollution.  

Eventually, the DOT and EPA will make it mandatory, and the cost of fitting the truck with the collar and renting the device overnight will increase to the point where the trucker was better off idling his engine all night.

its called Idleair,my husband loves it.RV and other campers have also used it.If space allows at some truck stops.Its kind high for a trucker to buy himself ,so the better trucking companies do it for them
