Seminar by "Mexico Alive" held in Puerto Vallarta

Considering attending one of these to check on purchasing real estate. Anyone been to one of these?

I think they're ligitimate, but their prime focus IS selling you a house or condo, and they'll tell you all the pluses and none of the minuses.  Have you been there before--especially in August (the hottest month)?

It would be a good idea to take a trip there and check out PV as well as some of the other great towns like: Matzatlan, Manzanillo and Sayulita.  Google them and see how they compare to PV.  But you can't really compare without going and speding some time in each.

Never heard of them. The Website sounds like time share - watch out! Check out International Living. They have excellent seminars and are well respected.
