Send in a Broken iPod?

My iPod recently broke and now it won't take a charge. The warranty isn't up yet, but I can't find where to send it in the Apple. Does anyone know? It's a 3rd generation iPod Nano if that helps. Thanks guys!

call apple and they should give you instructions.same happen when my ps3 broke i called sony and they sent me a box and i had to wait and they sent it fast and works like new.

where is your warranty from. If you bought it from best buy, then you have to take it back to best buy. If you bought it directly online, then on apples ipod website, should be the details.
