Sending Inappropriate Pics By Cell phone??

My cousin wants to know if he's going to get banned from his phone company if he sends inappropriate pics. Is that true?

No. For one, most providers only stipulate that you don't use their network to break the law or violate intellectual property. As long as your cousin and all associated potential models (if applicable, anyone posing counts as a model)) are 18 or older, you're fine. They don't even have a way to know what you're sending, really. They know you've sent a picture image, and the transfer gets logged somewhere on their servers, but that's it.
