Sending a file on Yahoo instant messengers to someone cell phone?

i am trying to send a picture to my friend from yahoo messengers to their cell phone

is it possiable to do and if i can do it can someone tell me the steps thanks you.

pictures or any files cannot be sent via the messenger into the cellphone. yahoo messenger can only deliver text/SMS to a mobile. you can only be able to send a picture via email from your computer into the cellphone's email address (if that person has an email add of his/her mobile).
