Sending a letter to kuwait from florida?

I want to send a surprise letter to my boyfriend who is currently in kuwait, how much should it cost? how long should it take to get there? and do I need to go to the post office to send it or what?\

I have no idea how much it would cost you. The best suggestion I have for you is...

After you have written your letter, and you have it sealed in an envelop or however you are sending it. Take it to your post office and have them weigh it. So you can have the right amount of postage stamps on the letter. They are also able to tell you about how long it will take to get there.
