Sending cash FROM India (Haryana ,Gurgaon.or Delhi)?

Question

Hi, I want to send cash from India to outside.

The amount of cash that I want to send is near $30000

And I want to send this amount periodically for more than four or five times per month. The receiver is located in Iran. Also he has a bank account in turkey and I have all of information such as swift or IBAN.

BUT the problem is that here in India we can't send this amount through banks periodically because we should have a purpose and give to bank some documents like Performa or something else and we haven't. Totally this way is not working.

Also we can’t use western union or money grams and such programs because here we can just receive cash by them and we can’t send (they are one way in India)

So please if someone knows how we can send this out tell me

If someone knows exchanges or someone here that we can use it tell me. We can give cash to it and receiver can get this amount from an exchange or person in Iran Or he receives in his account in turkey by anyway even Informal.

Pay Pal is good but take more time arround 45 days

u can also transfer funds through Xoom it is also good and deliver faster

Try Paypal. I think you can transfer money through your credit card on Paypal.
