Sending mail from outlook express via a Reliance...

Question

I have bought a Reliance Communications USB attached internet connection and want to use Outlook Express to send and receive mail. I can connect to the Internet with no problem and I can receive my mail through outlook expres but not send any. I have tried various SMTP servers all to no avail.

can anybody advise me whether this is possible and if so what SMTP server to use.
