Sending picture mail with sprint.?

Any sprint users can you plz help me!?!? Okay so do you need to have internet to send picture mail??? Because I have the lg rumor and i cant send, or view picture mail without going on the internet. Is it the same wit all sprint phones???

Yes, you do need Internet enabled to send/receive pictures.  It is one of the requirements to send/receive pictures. Yes, it is the same with all Sprint phones.
