Senior Project ideas??? Interested in Medicine?

I'm going into my senior year in high school and I'm supposed to think of a senior project to do this year, which basically consists of 15 hours of work with a mentor, a research paper, and some kind of "final product". You're sort of supposed to do it on something that interests you or your future career path. I don't really know what to do. I sort of want to go to medical school someday but I'm not quite sure what I want to be or anything. General surgeon maybe? I'm not really sure. Any ideas on some good projects?

Maybe you could find a doctor to shadow throughout the year and report that, or shadow different doctors in different fields or in one particular field and write the report on the similarities/differences between the doctors' styles and type of work.  Or, if you're adept with a video camera, make a video of highlights of the shadowing for the final project.
