Senior help! how to apply to colleges!!!?!?!?

Question

ok. its pretty stupid that i don't know

but my question is how do you apply to colleges and UCs and what do you need to do to prepare?

does the school tell you to start applying or you have to go to the websites of places you want to apply?

and if you would, please give me all the advices you can about senior year and how to prepare for college and how to apply and everything.

because i am immigrat and i kind of don't have any idea.

Talk to the counselors at you school. And go to the web sites of some schools you are thinking of applying to and look at the admissions page and see what they need.

This is deliberately made a little vague. It is a test. If you cannot figure it out, you do not deserve to get into college. There will be other tests like it in your senior year and at college that they do not rell you about, which you have to figure out yourself.

By the time my daughter was your age, she already had a profile built on the Princeton Review web site and had a couple dozen colleges trying to recruit her. By the time she decided, she got over 200 .

So just go, ask around, explore a little and figure it out.

first you can talk to your high school counselor and they can help you with the whole process...but normally you decide what you want to do in life and decide what college you would like to go to...then more than likely the college/univ will have an online application (sometimes you have to pay) and you fill it out...then you tell your high school counselor to send the college your high school transcript...sometimes you have to write a short paper for some colleges...but after all that you should hear something within a few weeks
