Senior year summer vacation Cancun?

some of my friends and i want to go away next summer after graduation and im the one planning it for everyone and hav no idea wat im doing. We're thinking maybe cancun. Any suggestions on all inclusive resorts? wat do u think the price would be about for the whole trip including airfare? Any suggestions on other places we could go? were all girls nd will all be 18. we wanna party some but not crazy the whole time.

I have traveled to Cancun and did not care for it very much.  It was unbelievably humid, the hotels were not well kept, and there were drunk people all over the place.  It is basically a place for Americans and Europeans that think they are going somewhere exotic. I would suggest going to Hawaii instead.  There is a better class of tourists in Hawaii and the hotels are well maintained.

I would say go to Cancun.  It is a safe place to go as long

as you stay smart (don't hang out drunk in the middle of

the night on deserted streets etc.) which I'm sure you are.

And I would say start researching hotels now, go to expedia

and they list the hotels in order of peoples votes for best

hotels.  Then start reading what the hotels (all inclusive) includes

and then read peoples opinions of the hotels.  Start doing this

now every chance you get, and then when your vacation comes

close you'll know which hotels you really want to go to.   At

the same time watch itravel2000.com last minute vacations to

Cancun they have amazing deals and you can keep watch to

see how low the hotel prices go down to this way you'll know

when to buy your tickets.  We've been doing this for years and

no one seems to beat the deals we get on vacations.  We go

to different hotels all the time but stick to 4* and better we start

watching the last minute deals around a month and a half before

we want to leave and wait for the prices to drop until we think

they won't get any lower and then buy one.  Sometimes you can

get an amazing deal on a jacuzzi room, or a suit and/or a 5* hotel

it just depends but Cancun always seems to have the best deals

and we love it there.  A month and a half ago we started watching

the deals and about a month ago we got an all inclusive deal

to Temptation Resort.  It cost us $630.00 plus tax each for

all inclusive (including flight out of Toronto) and we're going this

Saturday Aug. 16'th for a week.  We've been to this hotel

before so we already know it's going to be a great time.

This is for 21 and over but I've also been to the Riu Cancun

and if you can get a good deal from there you won't be

disappointed.  At the end of Jan/08 we went there for two weeks

and paid $1700 plus tax.  It's a 5* hotel so that also was a

great deal.  Have fun you have lots of time to research so do

your homework and it will be worth it.

Also, go to Zel Ha and Isla Mujeres while you're there you'll

have a blast.

cancun i think is a good place. because if you book at an all inclusive hotel you'll get drinks + food no extra cost. and i know some hotels down there also have a deal with local restaurants so if you went there to eat you'd get it as part of the package you're paying before hand also.

i don't know which resorts are good to stay at. but i will be staying at Dreams resorts in the next three weeks! lol
