so i'm at this public high school, and there are a few black "gangster-style" seniors who picked on me during lunch. i had other senior friends on the football team (about 5-6), and they roughed them up.

now i'm worried that the other seniors who picked on me are going to get me next year when the football players are no longer there to protect me.

what should i do?

i'm going to keep a knife in my pocket the whole time.

  1. They can't, unless they don't graduate. Since they are seniors now, they should graduate next year.

Never keep a knife in your pocket or even bring one to school. In your case the best way to end bullying is to use violence (Usually i would not recommend violence). This is how to do it. But this is your last resort and feel threatened.

Throw a puch at the bully when he least expect it. Also do it in front of a lot of people because you would be sending a message. Make sure the punch will hurt him enough to daze him which he cannot fight back. But don't over do it. Once he's down, show honor and respect and stop,  so that when security comes, you could say he tried to rob me or you were defending yourself. But no matter what you will get suspended or kicked out of school. Or worse, go to jail.

Just don't fight unless all you options are gone. Perhaps tell somebody and complain first. This way if they don't do anything, you could always say I tried to get help, but no one will help.

Also by next year, you should be bigger and stronger. So bullying will start to slow down, if not completely stop.

  2. DON'T...and I REPEAT--DON'T CARRY THAT KNIFE TO SCHOOL!!!  If you get caught with it, you will get into alot of trouble and could even end up getting suspended, expelled or even arrested for having a concealed weapon <remember what happened in Columbine High School in Colorado>.

I don't know if your school has a handbook with its rules and regulations or if it has a website, but there is usually a place where you can report those thugs anonymously so that your name never comes up and the teachers and hall monitors or school security will keep an eye on them.  You can also make an appointment with your guidance counselor.

You sound like a good kid that wants to do the right thing and stay out of trouble and not fight, but you have to stand up to these thugs and show them that you aren't afraid of them and WON'T be intimidated by them.  Next time they try to start trouble, look them square in the eye and don't back down by showing them you are fearful of them and if they still try to start trouble, go to a teacher.

WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT--AND I REPEAT--DO NOT BRING THAT KNIFE TO SCHOOL!!!

  3. wow man... you're pathetic you have defend yourself with a knife? grow a pair

  4. Well, don't take a knife to school. Because you'll get in big trouble lol. Umm, try to ignore them?? Or move to somewhere else in the cafeteria. That's all you really can do. You could tell a teacher or the principal but that will probably make matters worse.

  5. God d**n it don't carry a knife. That's a great way to get sent to juvy and if you can't deal with "gangster-style" people in public school how is that going to play out for you?
