Sensitive p***s Head When Washing?

Hey Guys!

right I'm 14 years old and yesterday was the first time in my life that id been able to retract my f******n fully. i did this in order to clean under the head. as i did i realized my p***s head was very sensitive, enough sensitive i could hardly touch it to clean. in the end i just poured water over it and cleaned the best i could.

is my p***s supposed to be this sensitive or is something wrong!?

yeah im 16 now and i can roll the f******n all the way back but when i try to wash it hurts like h**l. can someone tell me how to make it less sensitive please
