My ears arent too sensitive but they are prone to keloids (I've had keloids in my ear lobe a few years ago, Im not really sure if it's due to the quality of jewlery I was wearing or if it was something else) and as of now i can still feel a little ball or whatever in my lobe.

But my question was if your ear are prone to keloids is it still safe to gauge them?

I really want to go ahead and start gauging my ears and get them up to maybe a 4g or 2g without any keloid problems

Help please.

  1. Ewwwww. Dont do that, Its REALLY unattractive.

  2. It's safe as long as you take care of them.

My ears are fairly sensitive and I have my lobes stretched to a 7/16 (000) gauge.

You just have to keep them clean, don't use alcohol.

Peroxide is okay but sea salt is the best.

Get a tablespoon or two of sea salt and mix it with a cup of warm water and hold it on your ear for about 5 minutes.

In your case, i wouldn't advise skipping gauges.

Keep them about 2 weeks each, sometimes youll get impatient and want to do a week and a half, but try not to.

    hope that helps.

you can do it, just be careful and keep them clean!!!
