Sensitive neighbour how can you tell them that their are living in HDB block?

they always complaining of a small noise and I have 3 yrs old son and I'm not going to grab my son's playfull time coz there's only once in a lifetime being a child and enjoying playing, I cannot just look my son 24 hours following him just to keep him silent off course there will be some noise he is still young to handle certain things and my son is normal human being , normal child is a very playful one, I can never ask my child to sit down and dont play coz down stair are complaining

  1. Mutual understanding, that's the key. As neighbours, we should be tolerant of each others little differences. I believe it's best that you speak of your troubles with yer neighbour, and for you to take yer neighbours comments into consideration. Kids are kids, but we cant just let them run around, making a racket in the neighbourhood. There is a time and a correct place for that, the PLaYGrounD... It's not so nice if the police have to come and step in between you and yer neighbour shall something unwanted arises in the future. This is life when living in a HDB flat. You share walls, ceilings and floors with the residents of the estate.


  2. They probably just want something to B**** about. Your son probably isn't even bugging them. I would just ignore them. And if they get persistant, tell them what you told us, they should surely understand.
