I have pain/sensitve/tender skin all the way up my left arm. it started yesterday with a small part of my palm and now my entire arm has it. It feels like my skin is chaffing, and is sensitive to the touch. its painful/uncomfortable when i rub my arm. it isnt a skin problem because it pulsed, and my enire arm hurt a little for a second, before it went away.

i experience no numbness or swelling, and it is just uncomfortale. i have had thsi before on my inner thoighs, but it usually goes away overnight. this is the second day, and its gotten worse.

i went golfing eysterday, but it was there before i golfed.

what could it be??? Will it go away? How do I make it go away??

Helppp!!!

  1. Well I have had that arm pain--and I massage my arms to relieve it. I also have carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger.  I've finally decided to go to a registered and licensed  physical therapist-who does deep massage-ultrasound, stretching and other therapies--plus heat treatments. I follow up with recommended exercises at home.

PS You might try spell check young lad.
